WASHINGTON - Jan 12/18 - SNS -- Farmers in Kansas and Oklahoma are reducing winter canola seedings, according to the USDA.
Seedings in Kansas and Oklahoma for 2018 harvest are estimated at a combined 120,000 acres, a decline of 43% from 2017
