Weather Situation A front will move across the south of the State this morning as a high pressure ridge develops over the north of the State. The ridge will remain over the north as another front moves over southern coasts on Saturday. Forecast for the rest of WednesdayA medium chance of showers over the southern agricultural area, with a slight chance over the west coast, northern agricultural area and far south of the pastoral districts. High chance of showers about the Mount Lofty Ranges. Cool with moderate to fresh northwest to southwesterly winds, strong about southern coasts in the morning, tending light southerly in the north.Thursday 7 MayAreas of morning fog over the West Coast district, the northern agricultural area and south of the pastoral districts. The slight chance of showers over the southern agricultural area and west coast, more likely about southern coastal districts. Cool to mild with moderate to fresh westerly winds, tending light to moderate southerly in the north.Friday 8 MayPatchy morning fog over the West Coast district, the northern agricultural area and south of the pastoral districts. A slight chance of showers about the southern agricultural area and west coast, more likely about southern coasts and ranges. Cool to mild with moderate to fresh westerly winds, tending light to moderate southerly in the north.Saturday 9 May A medium chance of showers over the southern agricultural area and a slight chance over the northern agricultural area. High chance of showers about the Mount Lofty Ranges and the South East district. Cool to mild with moderate to fresh northwest to southwesterly winds, strong about southern coasts. Cumulative rainfall totals until midnight Saturday are expected to be 2 to 5 mm over the southern agricultural area and west coast, reaching 5 to 15 mm about southern coasts and 15 to 25 mm about the south of the Mount Lofty Ranges. Falls of less than 2 mm elsewhere. Sunday until TuesdayA medium to high chance of showers over the southern agricultural area and a slight chance over the northern agricultural area. Moderate to fresh west to southwesterly winds, strong about southern coasts on Sunday and Monday.
