Australia -- New South Wales Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Nov 15/14 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation

Elsewhere, while a low pressure centre is tracking along the New South Wales southern border, and is expected to deepen as it reaches the south coast later this morning. This pattern will generate strong and gusty west to southwesterly winds through much of the east, easing later in the day as the low moves steadily away to the east. Following this, a high pressure system near the Bight is forecast to extend a ridge across the region, which will dominate the charts during the first half of the new week and promote generally fine weather apart from the odd shower or two near the coast.
