Weather Situation A high pressure system over the Bight will move slowly eastwards to be over Victoria on Sunday and Monday and reaching the Tasman Sea on Tuesday. Forecast for the rest of ThursdayIsolated showers over southern and mountain districts, scattered over South Gippsland. Snow showers above 1000 metres. Local hail possible in the southeast. Early frost patches in the north then a cool day with moderate southwesterly winds, fresh to strong at times about the Gippsland coast.Friday 19 SeptemberPartly cloudy in the south with isolated showers near the coast. Mostly sunny in the north. Early inland frost then a cool day with light to moderate southerly winds.Saturday 20 SeptemberPartly cloudy in the south with isolated showers near the coast, clearing during the afternoon.
