Australia -- South Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Aug 26/14 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A ridge of high pressure extending from the Tasman sea over South Australia will remain stationary this week. A trough of low pressure will move into the west of the State during Saturday.
Forecast for the rest of TuesdayFine. Cool to mild with light to moderate southeast to northeasterly winds.Wednesday 27 AugustCold early with early frost and fog patches over eastern districts and central Eyre Peninsula. A fine day and mild grading to warm in the west. Light to moderate northeast to southeasterly winds.Thursday 28 AugustEarly frost about the Flinders district. Fine apart from possible early morning fog about Kangaroo Island and the South East district. Mild grading to warm in the west with light to moderate southeast to northeasterly winds.Friday 29 AugustFine apart from morning fog patches about Kangaroo Island and the South East district. Mild to warm with light to moderate northeast to northerly winds.Saturday 30 August
Fine. Mild to warm grading to hot in the far west with freshening northerly winds ahead of a milder, southerly wind change developing west of Ceduna in the afternoon or evening.
No rainfall is forecast from Tuesday afternoon to midnight Saturday.
Sunday until TuesdayWarm grading to hot in the far west, ahead of a milder change on Monday. The chance of showers developing near southern coasts on Sunday, extending over the agricultural area on Monday and Tuesday.The next routine forecast will be issued at 5:30 am CST Wednesday.Product IDS10033
