Australia -- South Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Aug 2/14 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A high over South Australia will move to Victoria on Sunday. A ridge of high pressure will persist across the south of the continent through the early part of next week.
Forecast for the rest of SaturdayFine apart from isolated showers about Kangaroo Island, Fleurieu Peninsula, and the Lower South East district, mainly near the coast, clearing by evening. A cold to very cold morning with widespread of frost. Cool to mild during the day with mainly light winds.Sunday 3 AugustFine apart from possible isolated afternoon showers over the far west of the West Coast District. A cold to very cold morning with areas of frost. Cool to mild during the day with mostly light winds.Monday 4 AugustFine. A cold morning with areas of frost. Cool to mild during the day with mainly light winds tending southeasterly later.Tuesday 5 August
A cold morning with areas of frost. Isolated showers developing over the far southern coasts, possibly extending over Kangaroo Island and the Upper South East district by the end of the day. Possible isolated showers developing in the far north of the North East Pastoral district. Cool to mild with light to moderate southeasterly winds.
Cumulative rainfall totals from Saturday to midnight Tuesday are expected to be less than 2 mm.
Wednesday until FridayA chance of showers persisting in the far northeast and along the southern coasts. Fine elsewhere. Generally mild with light to moderate southeast to easterly winds.The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm CST Saturday.Product IDS10033
