Australia -- South Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Jul 17/14 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A complex low pressure system over the Tasman Sea will move away to the east tonight. A high pressure system over the Bight will move slowly southeastwards to be centred near Mt Gambier on Saturday, and Tasmania by Monday.
Forecast for the rest of FridayPossible isolated light showers about the coasts and southern ranges. Patchy morning fog. Areas of morning frost, then a cool day with light to moderate southwest to southeasterly winds.Saturday 19 JulyPossible isolated showers about Kangaroo Island and the Lower South East coast. Areas of morning frost in the south, then a cool day with light winds, becoming moderate northeast to northerly in the west.Sunday 20 JulyPossible isolated showers about the Nullarbor Plain. Morning frost patches in the south, then a cool day with light to moderate northeast to northerly winds.Monday 21 July
Possible isolated showers developing about the West Coast district, Eyre and Yorke Peninsulas and Kangaroo Island. Morning frost patches about central and eastern parts then a cool day with light to moderate northeast to northwesterly winds.
Cumulative rainfall totals from Friday until midnight Monday are expected to be less than 2 mm.
Tuesday until ThursdayIsolated showers developing in the west on Tuesday, extending over western and central parts during Wednesday, then over the agricultural area on Thursday.The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm CST Friday.Product IDS10033
