Australia -- South Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Jun 16/14 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A high over the south of Western Australia will move slowly eastwards across South Australia, then over Victoria on Thursday. A front will move across southern coastal districts today with a second front expected later in the week.
Forecast for the rest of MondayIsolated showers over the agricultural area and western coast, increasing to scattered showers about southern coasts and ranges and the southeastern districts until mid afternoon. Isolated morning fog patches, mostly north of about Elliston, Adelaide and Lameroo. Cool to mild with moderate to fresh northwest to southwest winds, tending light to moderate southerly inland.Tuesday 17 JuneIsolated showers about southern agricultural areas, mostly near the coast. Cool to mild with light to moderate southwest to southeasterly winds in the east turning moderate northeasterly in the west.Wednesday 18 JuneFine apart from early morning fog and frost patches, mainly on and east of the ranges. Cool to mild with light to moderate northeasterly winds.Thursday 19 JunePossible isolated showers developing about the Lower Eyre Peninsula and Kangaroo Island late evening. Cool to mild with mainly moderate northeasterly winds shifting westerly in the west during the day. Cumulative rainfall totals from Monday morning through to midnight Thursday are expected to be less than 2 mm increasing to 2 to 10 mm about southern coasts and ranges and the southeastern districts.Friday until SundayIsolated showers extending over agricultural areas on Friday before contracting to southern coasts during the weekend. Remaining cool to mild with mainly northwest to southwesterly winds.The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm CST Monday.Product IDS10033
