Australia -- South Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Jun 15/14 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A high over the southwest of Western Australia will move slowly eastwards to be centred over South Australia on Monday and Tuesday. A front will move across southern coastal districts during Monday.
Forecast for the rest of SundayIsolated early fog about the agricultural area. Isolated showers extending over the agricultural area and far south of the pastoral districts, scattered at times about southern coasts and ranges during the morning. Cool with light to moderate west to southwest winds, tending southerly in the north.Monday 16 JuneIsolated early fog about the agricultural area. Scattered showers about southern coastal and southeastern districts easing during the afternoon. Isolated showers over the remainder of the agricultural area. Cool to mild with moderate to fresh northwest to southwest winds, tending light to moderate southerly inland.Tuesday 17 JuneIsolated early fog about western and central districts. Possible isolated early showers about northern Spencer Gulf coasts and isolated morning showers about the Lower South East district. Cool to mild with light to moderate southwest to southeasterly winds in the east turning moderate northeasterly in the west.Wednesday 18 June
Fine. Cool to mild with light to moderate northeasterly winds.
Cumulative rainfall totals from Sunday morning to midnight Wednesday are expected to be 2 to 5 mm over the agricultural area, increasing to 5 to 10 mm near southern coasts. Less than 2 mm is expected over the remainder of the State.
Thursday until SaturdayPossible isolated showers developing about southern coasts late Thursday, becoming more likely and extending over the agricultural area on Friday before contracting to the southern coasts on Saturday. Cool to mild with mainly moderate northeasterly winds.The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm CST Sunday.Product IDS10033
