Australia -- South Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Jun 5/14 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A high 1033 hPa just west of Kangaroo Island will move slowly southeastwards over the next few days. A weak front will move over the southeast of the State on Saturday. A more significant front is expected to move over the west of the State mid next week.
Forecast for the rest of FridayEarly morning fog over the agricultural area. Possible isolated showers about southern coasts and ranges. Cool to mild with light to moderate southwest to southeasterly winds.Saturday 7 JuneEarly morning fog over the agricultural area. Patchy light frost on the Flinders Ranges. Possible isolated showers over the southern agricultural area, tending scattered in the Lower South East during the morning. Cool to mild with moderate southwest to southeast winds, fresh about southern coasts.Sunday 8 JuneEarly morning fog over the agricultural area. Patchy light frost on the Flinders Ranges. Possible isolated morning showers about southern coasts. Cool to mild with light to moderate southeast to northeast winds.Monday 9 JuneA cold morning with areas of frost on and east of the ranges then a fine day throughout. Mostly mild with light to moderate northeast to northerly winds. Cumulative rainfall totals from Friday to midnight Monday are expected to be up to 2 mm near southern coasts and ranges and less than 1 mm over the rest of the agricultural area.Tuesday until ThursdayFine and mild to warm on Tuesday and Wednesday with freshening northerly winds, shifting cooler southwesterly late on Wednesday and into Thursday. Isolated showers extending from the west during Wednesday and Thursday.The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm CST Friday.Product IDS10033
