Australia -- South Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Jun 5/14 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A high 1030 hPa over the Bight will remain near stationary for the next few days. A weak front will move over the southeast of the State on Saturday. A more significant front is expected to move over the west of the State mid next week.
Forecast for the rest of ThursdayPossible isolated showers over the agricultural area, clearing during the evening. Cool to mild with light to moderate southwest to southeasterly winds tending easterly in the west.Friday 6 JuneEarly morning fog and frost over the agricultural area. Possible isolated showers about southern coasts and ranges. Cool to mild with light to moderate southwest to southeasterly winds.Saturday 7 JuneEarly morning fog and light frost over parts of the agricultural area. Possible isolated showers over the southern agricultural area, tending scattered in the Lower South East during the morning. Cool to mild with moderate southwest to southeast winds, fresh about southern coasts.Sunday 8 JuneEarly morning fog and light frost over parts of the agricultural area. Possible isolated morning showers about southern coasts. Cool to mild with light to moderate southeast to northeast winds.Monday 9 JuneA cool morning with areas of frost on and east of the ranges then a fine day throughout. Mostly mild with light to moderate northeast to northerly winds. Cumulative rainfall totals from Thursday to midnight Monday are expected to be up to 2 mm near southern coasts and ranges, and less than 1 mm over the agricultural areas and nil elsewhere.Tuesday until ThursdayFine and mild to warm on Tuesday and Wednesday with freshening northerly winds, shifting cooler southwesterly late on Wednesday and into Thursday. Isolated showers extending from the west during Wednesday and Thursday.The next routine forecast will be issued at 5:30 am CST Friday.Product IDS10033
