Australia -- New South Wales Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Apr 13/14 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A low pressure system over the Tasman Sea slowly tracks to the southeast followed by a high pressure ridge strengthening across New South Wales into the new week.
Forecast for the rest of MondayIsolated showers along the coast and adjacent ranges, tending scattered in the north. Showers are also possible over the far northeast inland this afternoon. Early fog patches in the east, mainly about the tablelands. Fine and partly cloudy elsewhere. South to southeasterly winds. Dangerous surf conditions on the southern and central coasts.Tuesday 15 AprilIsolated showers along the coast and adjacent ranges, tending scattered about the coastal fringe in central parts. Afternoon showers and possible thunderstorms about the northern inland, more likely near the Queensland border. Fine elsewhere. South to southeasterly winds.Wednesday 16 AprilIsolated showers in the east, tending scattered about the coastal fringe over the central parts. Fine elsewhere. South to southeast winds.Thursday 17 AprilIsolated showers about the central and northern coastal districts. Patchy morning fog in the east. Fine elsewhere.
