Weather Situation A high pressure system to to southwest of Perth will move slowly eastwards over the next several days to be south of the Bight on Monday, then over the Tasman Sea on Wednesday. Forecast for the rest of SaturdayFine apart from areas of cloud and possible isolated showers developing about the western border this evening. Cool to mild overnight. Light to moderate southeast to easterly winds.Sunday 23 MarchHigh cloud extending over the Pastoral districts and northern agricultural area with possible isolated thundery showers mainly over the North West Pastoral district. Possible isolated showers about southern coasts and ranges until mid-afternoon. Cool to mild in the south grading to warm to hot in the far northeast. Moderate to fresh south to southeasterly winds extending throughout.Monday 24 MarchFine apart from possible isolated light showers about southern coasts and ranges, and the Nullarbor coast. Cool to mild in the south grading to mild to warm in the north. Light to moderate south to southeasterly winds.Tuesday 25 MarchPossible isolated light showers about southern coasts and ranges, and the Nullarbor coast clearing during the day. Mild in the south grading to hot in the north. Light to moderate south to southeasterly winds.Wednesday 26 MarchIsolated showers and possible thunderstorms developing about the eastern border, extending westwards during the day to be east of a line Goolwa to Yunta to Moomba by late evening. Mild to warm. Light to moderate southeast to northeast winds. Cumulative rainfall totals from Saturday afternoon to midnight Wednesday are expected to be mostly less than 2 mm, with isolated falls of 2 to 5 possible about southern coastal areas.Thursday until SaturdayFine apart from isolated showers and thunderstorms about the eastern border districts, gradually contracting east and clearing by the end of the week.
