MELBOURNE - Mar 17/14 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
Weather Situation A weak front will extend across the southern agricultural area on Tuesday. A high west of Perth will move east to be centred near Kangaroo Island on Wednesday morning and over the Tasman Sea on Thursday. A southerly change is expected to move across the far west later on Thursday and the remainder of the west and south of the State on Friday. Forecast for the rest of TuesdayEarly fog patches over western districts. Isolated showers over the agricultural area, scattered at times during the day over areas south of about Adelaide. Mild in the south grading to hot in the north, with mainly moderate southwest to southeasterly winds.Wednesday 19 MarchEarly fog patches over the agricultural area and isolated early light showers near southern coasts, then a fine day. Mild in the south grading to hot in the north and west with light to moderate southeast to northeasterly winds.Thursday 20 MarchFine apart from early fog patches over Kangaroo Island and the Lower South East. Warm in the south grading to hot in the north and west, with light to moderate southeast to northeasterly winds, ahead of a fresh southerly change developing in the far west.Friday 21 MarchPossible isolated showers near southern and far western coasts. Warm in the south and hot elsewhere with light to moderate southeast to northeasterly winds, ahead of a milder, fresh southerly change extending across the west and south.
