MELBOURNE - Sep 27/13 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
Weather Situation A high will develop over the Nullarbor Plain will move across the State during the day. A cold front will move over the far west coast Sunday evening and across the west and south of the State on Monday. Forecast for the rest of SaturdayIsolated showers over the southern agricultural area and Murraylands district, contracting south in the afternoon and clearing by evening. Cool in the south grading to warm in the north with light to moderate southwest to northwesterly winds, fresh to strong near southern coasts this morning.Sunday 29 SeptemberFine. Mild to warm in the south, grading to hot in the north and west. Light winds becoming moderate to fresh north to northwesterly during the day.Monday 30 SeptemberPossible isolated showers over the agricultural area and south of the pastoral districts. Hot with north to northwesterly winds, becoming strong during the day with areas of raised dust. Winds turning cooler fresh south to southwest in the west and far south.Tuesday 1 OctoberIsolated showers over the agricultural area and south of the pastorals and possibly over the remainder except the far northwest. Cooler fresh southwest winds, gradually extending throughout. Cumulative rainfall totals from Saturday morning to midnight Tuesday are expected to be 2 to 5 mm over the southern agricultural area reaching 5 to 10 mm in the Lower South East.
