Australia -- New South Wales Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Sep 26/13 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A high centred near Victoria border is moving over NSW in a wake of the recent cold front. The high will maintain fine conditions across the state during Friday. The next cold front is forecast to enter the far southwest tonight and to cross the state during Saturday, followed by another high.
Forecast for the rest of FridayFine and mostly sunny. Generally light winds turning northwest to northeasterly and freshening in the west ahead of a late southwesterly change.Fire Danger -  Very High: North West Slopes and Plains.Saturday 28 SeptemberIsolated showers over the southeastern inland, and possibly about the northeast in the afternoon. Fine and mostly sunny elsewhere. Warm day across the north. Northerly winds turning cooler west to southwesterly, strong and gusty in the southeast.Sunday 29 SeptemberFine and mostly sunny. Early frost about the tablelands, mainly in the south. Generally light winds turning northwest to northeasterly.Monday 30 SeptemberFine. Warm to hot day in the west. Northwest to northeasterly winds, freshening in the south and west.The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm EST Friday.Product IDN10031
