Australia -- New South Wales Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Sep 24/13 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A broad land weak low pressure trough has recently formed over New South Wales. A series of troughs/cold fronts will move south of the state mostly during the next few days bringing showers near the southern border on Thursday, then on the weekend. Windy conditions are expected in the southeast mostly on Thursday in association with one of the passing fronts.
Forecast for the rest of WednesdayMostly sunny. Hot day for the northern inland. West to northwesterly winds and local coastal seabreezes.Fire Danger -  Very High in the northeastern inland.Thursday 26 SeptemberIsolated showers developing in the southern inland. Mostly sunny elsewhere. Hot day in the northeast. Increasing northwest winds before a cool and gusty southwesterly change in the west and southeast.Friday 27 SeptemberMostly sunny. Southeast to northeast winds.Saturday 28 SeptemberThe chance of showers in the northeast and in the far southeastern inland.
