Australia -- South Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Jul 28/13 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A complex low south of the Bight is weakening and moving southwards. An associated front will move across the west of the State on Sunday and across the east on Monday morning. A second front will move across the south during Monday. A high will move over the State from the west on Tuesday, then another front will move across the south of the State during Thursday.
Forecast for the rest of SundayScattered showers and possible isolated thunderstorms about southern coasts and the west coast south of Elliston. Isolated showers possible over the remainder of the southern agricultural area and near western coasts. Warm in the northeast, mild elsewhere. Moderate to fresh north to northwest winds turning west to southwesterly in the west.Monday 29 JulyIsolated showers extending over the agricultural area and near the west coast, tending to scattered showers about southern coastal districts. Warm in the northeast, cool to mild elsewhere. Moderate to fresh northwest to southwesterly winds in the south, tending light to moderate south to southwest inland.Tuesday 30 JulyIsolated showers about the southern agricultural area and west coast, contracting to southern coasts in the evening. Cool to mild with light and variable winds.Wednesday 31 July
Early fog patches over the Nullarbor Plain. Possible isolated morning showers about Kangaroo Island and the Lower South East coast. Fine elsewhere. Cool to mild with light and variable winds, tending moderate northerly in the far west and south.
Cumulative rainfall totals from Saturday afternoon to midnight Wednesday are expected to be 5 to 15 mm about southern coasts and ranges, 2 to 5 mm over the remainder of the southern agricultural area and less than 2 mm over the northern agricultural area and far south of the pastoral districts.
Thursday until SaturdayIsolated showers over the agricultural area and west coast.The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm CST Sunday.Product IDS10033
