Weather Situation A high pressure system at the head of the Bight will move very slowly eastwards over South Australia on Sunday and Monday then over New South Wales and Tuesday and Wednesday. Meanwhile a series of weak cold fronts embedded in a westerly airflow south of the continent will clip Tasmania but not directly affecting Victoria. Forecast for the rest of SaturdayIsolated showers possible in the far southwest and the far east. Local fog patches developing. Southwest to westerly winds becoming light.Sunday 30 JuneMorning fog patches inland and early frosts in the northeast. Isolated showers near the western and central coasts extending inland over western areas during the afternoon. A cool partly cloudy day with light west to southwesterly winds tending moderate to fresh westerly near the coast.Monday 1 JulyIsolated showers over most districts near and south of the ranges. Morning fog patches in the north. A cool to mild day with light to moderate west to northwesterly winds, locally fresh near the coast.Tuesday 2 JulyIsolated showers in the southwest and about the ranges. Fine over the northern plains. A cool to mild day with a light to moderate northwesterly wind, fresh at times near the coast.Wednesday 3 JulyA generally fine, cool to mild and mostly sunny day. The chance of a local shower in the far southwest and about the northeast highlands.
