Australia -- South Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Jun 14/13 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A low 998 hPa over the Tasman Sea is very slow moving and will remain there through to next week. A high south of South Australia will remain near-stationary through to next week.
Forecast for the rest of FridayIsolated showers about the West coast and southern agricultural area, possibly over ranges and eastern districts south of about Leigh Creek until evening. Cool with moderate southerly winds, fresh about the coasts.Saturday 15 JuneIsolated light showers about central and southern coastal districts. Possible early morning fog or frost, mostly about the Flinders Ranges. Possible isolated showers developing in the west of the state. Cool with light to moderate southeast to northeasterly winds.Sunday 16 JuneThe chance of isolated light showers about southern coasts. The chance of isolated showers in the northwest of the State in the morning. Early morning fog inland, mostly over agricultural areas. Possible light frost about the Flinders Ranges. Cool with light to moderate southeasterly winds.Monday 17 JunePossible isolated showers near the coasts, increasing to isolated showers about Kangaroo Island, the Fleurieu Peninsula and the South East coast. The chance of early morning fog inland, mostly over the agricultural areas. The chance of frost about the Flinders Ranges. Fine otherwise. Generally cool with light to moderate south to southeasterly winds.Tuesday 18 JunePossible isolated showers near the coasts, more likely in the south. Generally cool with light to moderate southerly winds in the east and east to northeasterly winds in the west. Cumulative rainfall totals for the remainder of Friday through until midnight Tuesday are expected to be generally less than 2 mm, increasing to 2 to 8 mm about southern ranges and coasts.Wednesday until FridayThe chance of isolated showers persisting about the coastal fringes. Possible isolated showers in the far north of the State. Remaining generally cool with mainly light to moderate southeast to northeasterly winds.The next routine forecast will be issued at 5:30 am CST Saturday.Product IDS10033
