MELBOURNE - Jun 8/13 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
Weather Situation A high east of the ranges will move slowly eastwards to be over the Tasman Sea on Sunday. A low is expected to form over the Bight early next week then move across South Australia during the week. Forecast for the rest of SaturdayPatchy early morning fog and frost possible inland. Possible isolated light showers over southern coasts clearing during the day. Generally mild with light to moderate southeast to northeasterly winds.Sunday 9 JuneFine apart from possible isolated afternoon or evening showers about the far northeast. Possible early morning frost inland. Generally mild with light to moderate northeast to northerly winds, tending southeasterly in the far northeast.Monday 10 JunePossible early morning frost inland. Isolated showers developing about coastal districts from the west. Cool to mild with light to moderate north to northwesterly winds.Tuesday 11 June Isolated showers extending across the state, possibly reaching the eastern districts late in the day. Cool to mild. Moderate northerly winds turning southwesterly from the west during the day. Cumulative rainfall totals from saturday morning through to midnight Tuesday are expected to be 5 to 10 mm about southern coasts and western districts with less than 5 mm elsewhere. Wednesday until FridayIsolated showers gradually contracting to the southern coasts by the end of the week.
