Australia -- South Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Jun 2/13 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A high 1033 hPa southwest of the Bight is moving eastwards and will be centred near Adelaide Monday night and over the Tasman Sea on Wednesday. A weak front will move into the Far West coast later Wednesday.
Forecast for the rest of MondayIsolated light showers over the southern agricultural area and near western coasts, contracting to southern coasts in the evening. Isolated early fog patches over the south of the pastoral districts and over the agricultural area. Cool with mostly light southwest to southeasterly winds.Tuesday 4 JunePossible isolated showers clearing from the Lower South East coast and Kangaroo Island and developing west of Ceduna. Early fog patches over the agricultural area. Cool to mild with light to moderate southeast to northeast winds.Wednesday 5 JuneFine northeast of Marree. Cloudy with possible isolated showers over the remainder, except over parts of central and eastern agricultural districts. Cool to mild with light to moderate north to northwesterly winds, freshening near the coasts and in the west.Thursday 6 JuneFine in the far southwest and far northeast. Possible isolated showers elsewhere, more likely over the southern agricultural area. Cool to mild with light to moderate west to northwest winds, fresh in the south. Cumulative rainfall totals from Monday morning until midnight Thursday are expected to be less than 2 mm, reaching 2 to 5 mm about southern coasts, the west coast of Eyre Peninsula and the far northwest interior.Friday until SundayPossible patchy rain near the northern border. Isolated showers extending over the agricultural area and west coast, tending scattered about southern coasts, becoming isolated and contracting to southern coasts on the weekend.The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm CST Monday.Product IDS10033
