MELBOURNE - Jun 1/13 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
Weather Situation A high south of Perth is moving eastwards and will be centred near Adelaide Monday night and near the east coast on Wednesday. A weak front will move into western coasts later Wednesday. Forecast for the rest of SundayIsolated showers over the southern agricultural area and near western coasts, contracting to the coasts in the evening. The chance of isolated showers inland, clearing by midday. Cool with moderating southwest to southeasterly winds.Monday 3 JuneIsolated showers over the southern agricultural area, contracting to southern coasts in the evening. Early fog patches over the agricultural area. Generally cool with light to moderate southwest to southeasterly winds.Tuesday 4 JunePossible isolated showers clearing from the Lower South East coast and Kangaroo Island, but over areas west of Ceduna. Early fog patches over the agricultural area. Fine otherwise with cool to mild conditions. Light to moderate southeast to northeasterly winds.Wednesday 5 JunePossible isolated showers extending from the west over areas west of Keith to Adelaide to Marla. Cool to mild with light to moderate north to northwesterly winds, freshening near the coasts. Cumulative rainfall totals from Sunday morning until midnight Wednesday are expected to be mostly less than 2 mm, possibly reaching 2 to 5 mm about the coast.Thursday until SaturdayIsolated showers, chiefly in the south, becoming confined to the agricultural area on Friday and the the southern agricultural area on Saturday.
