Australia -- Victoria Weather Update

MELBOURNE - May 5/13 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Victoria was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A high pressure system will move across Tasmania during Monday reaching the Tasman Sea on Tuesday and remining there for most of this week. Meanwhile an upper level trough over western Victoria will drift slowly over the State during during Monday and Tuesday.
Forecast for the rest of MondayLocal early morning fog and frost then a cool to mild day. Mainly sunny over central and eastern districts, mostly cloudy over the west with isolated showers possible. Light east to northeasterly winds.Tuesday 7 MayIsolated showers in most districts but fine over Gippsland after early fog patches. A cool to mild and mainly cloudy day with light to moderate northeast to northerly winds.Wednesday 8 MayIsolated morning showers over the north, otherwise fine. A mild and mostly sunny day with light to moderate northeast to northerly winds.Thursday 9 MayFine. A mild and sunny day with a light to moderate northeast to northerly wind.The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm EST Monday.Product IDV10310
