Weather Situation A high pressure system centred over western Victoria will move slowly eastward to be centred over the east coast of NSW on Friday. A trough will pass over western and southern parts of South Australia over the weekend. Forecast for the rest of ThursdayFine. Mild in the south, grading to hot in the north and west. Light to moderate northeast to northerly winds, freshening in the west.Friday 3 MayFine apart from possible isolated showers developing over the South East district in the evening. Mild to warm near southern coasts, grading to hot in the north and west. Mostly fresh and gusty northeast to northwest winds, shifting southwest to westerly near southern and western coasts in the evening.Saturday 4 MayFine apart from possible isolated showers developing near southern and far western coasts. Mild in the south grading to hot in the far north with mainly moderate south to southeasterly winds, tending northeast to northerly in the north.Sunday 5 MayPossible isolated showers south of about Tarcoola to Yunta. Cool near southern coasts grading to warm in the north with light to moderate southeast to northeasterly winds. Cumulative rainfall totals from Thursday until midnight Sunday are expected to be less than 2 mm south of about Tarcoola to Yunta.Monday until WednesdayPossible isolated showers near southern coasts and developing in the west on Wednesday.
