MELBOURNE - Apr 27/13 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
Weather Situation A slow-moving high pressure ridge will remain the dominant synoptic feature across New South Wales this weekend. On Monday some mid level cloud will stream into the south of the state ahead of a frontal system moving through the Southern Ocean. During Tuesday the front will weaken as it moves through southern New South Wales. Forecast for the rest of SundayEarly fog and frost patches slopes and ranges. Cloudy periods in the far south. Mostly sunny remainder. North to northwesterly winds, fresh at times about the ranges ahead of a weak southerly change in the south.Monday 29 AprilCloudy in the south with isolated showers, more widespread closer to the Victorian border. Partly cloudy elsewhere. Northwest to northeast winds.Tuesday 30 AprilCloudy with isolated showers in the south, more widespread in the southeast closer to the Victorian border. Partly cloudy elsewhere. Northeast to southeast winds.Wednesday 1 MayIsolated showers in the southeast, more widespread closer to the coast.
