MELBOURNE - Apr 8/13 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
Weather Situation Showers and isolated thunderstorms will affect the coast and ranges over the next couple of days with the passage of a weak upper level trough. A high pressure system at the surface will produce easterly winds over most of the state through until the end of the week. Forecast for the rest of TuesdayIsolated showers along the coast and ranges, with possible thunderstorms. Showers tending scattered near the north and central coasts. Isolated showers about the western slopes and over the Riverina district but generally dry and partly cloudy remainder west of the Divide. Early fog areas in the east. Light to moderate southeast winds.Wednesday 10 AprilIsolated showers on the north coast and adjacent ranges tending scattered near the coastal fringe. Partly cloudy elsewhere. Early fog areas in the east. Southeast to northeast winds.Thursday 11 AprilIsolated showers on the north coast and adjacent ranges and the chance of showers on the far south coast. Partly cloudy elsewhere. Early fog areas in the east.
