Granite Belt district. A weak onshore wind flow should produce mainly isolated
showers about the eastern tropics, and isolated showers and storms are possible
about the Gulf of Carpentaria coast. Fine and mostly sunny over the northern
tropical interior. Cool in the cloudy conditions across the south of the state.
Forecast for Monday
The upper trough should push northwards across the state during the day,

southeast and the southeast interior. Fine and mostly sunny across the remainder
of the state except for the chance of some isolated showers and storms about the
Gulf of Carpentaria coast and isolated showers about the tropical east coast.
