WASHINGTON - Mar 28/13 - SNS --Area seeded to Durum wheat for 2013 is expected to total 1.75 million acres, down 18% from 2012, according to the USDA's seeding intentions estimates for 2013.
Planted acreage is expected to be down in all States except South Dakota. If realized, planted acres will be a record low in Idaho.
