Australia -- New South Wales Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Mar 10/13 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A high pressure system over the Tasman Sea extends a ridge over NSW and directs a moist east to northeasterly airflow over the state. The high is expected to move slowly east over the next few days with the ridge gradually extending over the northeast of the state.
Forecast for the rest of MondayScattered showers along the north coast. Isolated showers about the central coast and developing over the far southern ranges in the afternoon. Morning fog patches on the ranges and coast. Fine elsewhere. Southeast to northeast winds.Tuesday 12 MarchScattered showers along the north coast. Possible isolated showers about the central coast. Fine elsewhere. Southeast to northeast winds.Wednesday 13 MarchScattered showers along the north coast. Possible isolated showers about the central coast. The chance of isolated afternoon showers and thunderstorms in the southwest. Fine elsewhere. Southeast to northeast winds.Thursday 14 MarchIsolated clearing showers along the far northern coastal fringe. Isolated showers and thunderstorms through central parts of the state.
