MELBOURNE - Mar 9/13 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
Weather Situation A high pressure system over the Tasman Sea extends a ridge over NSW and directs a moist east to northeasterly airflow over the state. The high is expected to move slowly east over the next few days with the ridge gradually extending over the northeast of the state. Forecast for the rest of SaturdayIsolated showers along the north coast and adjacent ranges. Fine and partly cloudy elsewhere. Southeast to northeast winds, freshening along the south coast.Sunday 10 MarchScattered showers along the north coast. Possible afternoon showers and thunderstorms on the far southern ranges. Early fog patches in the east. Fine elsewhere. Southeast to northeast winds.Monday 11 MarchScattered showers along the north coast. Possible isolated showers about the central coast in the morning and far southern ranges in the afternoon. Fine elsewhere.
