Weather Situation A large high pressure system over the central Tasman Sea is slow moving. A weak cold front will move south of Tasmania tonight. Another high pressure system will move over the Bight late on Thursday before moving to the south of Tasmania on Friday and merging with the Tasman Sea high on Saturday and Sunday. Forecast for the rest of WednesdayFine apart from the chance of isolated showers over the far northwest. Partly cloudy with light northeasterly winds and coastal seabreezes.Thursday 7 MarchMostly dry, although isolated showers possible over the north and west and isolated thunderstorms possible in the west.
