should lead to isolated showers and thunderstorms over the eastern districts,
more widespread over Cape York Peninsula. Fine over the remainder of the state
with elevated fire dangers likely to persist in the west and central interior
due to a dry, fresh southerly flow.

state and the southern interior of the state in a dry south to southwest flow.
Elevated fire dangers are likely to persist in the west of the state.
