Australia -- New South Wales Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Nov 24/12 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A low pressure trough will remain over northeast New South Wales through the weekend as a high pressure system moves across southern districts to the Tasman Sea. This high will direct increasingly warm and humid air over New South Wales, and prevent passing cold fronts from penetrating far north into the state. The high is forecast to weaken a little early in the new week, allowing a trough to move through southern and central districts, creating unsettled conditions. Very hot conditions are expected through western New South Wales for the next few days, extending gradually towards the east by later next week.
