Australia -- New South Wales Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Nov 10/12 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A high pressure system centred off the New South Wales south coast extends a ridge across the state. This high will maintain a ridge into New South Wales through the coming days, promoting fine conditions in most districts. The next significant trough and frontal system currently look set to affect the state towards the end of next week.
Forecast for the rest of SundayIsolated showers in the northeast, clearing during the afternoon or evening. The chance of early showers or drizzle patches about the central coast and adjacent ranges. Fine and mostly sunny elsewhere. Southeast to northeasterly winds.Monday 12 NovemberIsolated showers and afternoon thunderstorms in the far southeast. Fine and mostly sunny elsewhere. Northeast to northwesterly winds, turning southerly across the south later.Tuesday 13 NovemberThe chance of afternoon showers, mostly in the east. South to southeasterly winds, tending variable in the north.Wednesday 14 NovemberThe chance of afternoon showers and thunderstorms in the east. Fine in the west.
