MELBOURNE - Oct 13/12 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
Weather Situation A high pressure system over western New South Wales is slowly moving east. During Tuesday and Wednesday a weak cold front will move through the state as the high moves over the Tasman Sea. Another weak cold front is expected to move through on Friday. Forecast for the rest of SundayIsolated coastal showers in the north with the chance of afternoon thunderstorms. The chance of coastal showers on the south and central coasts, mostly in the morning. Mostly sunny inland. Early frost about the tablelands. Light winds inland, tending northeast to southeasterly near the coast.Monday 15 OctoberMostly sunny in the north apart from the chance of an early showers on the north coast. Partly elsewhere. Light winds in the northeast, tending northeast to northwesterly elsewhere.Tuesday 16 OctoberThe chance of showers in the far southeastern inland. Partly cloudy elsewhere. Northeast to northwesterly winds, ahead of a late southwesterly change in the south.Wednesday 17 OctoberThe chance of showers in the far southern coast and ranges. Partly cloudy elsewhere.
