MELBOURNE - Oct 13/12 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Forecast for Saturday
Far northwest Kimberley: Isolated afternoon and early evening showers and
thunderstorms.
SW Land Division: Cold front expected to lie near Perth to Albany this
afternoon, Geraldton to Hopetoun this evening and near Esperance by midnight. A
period of scattered showers is expected with the passage of the front, tending
more isolated in inland areas. Isolated thunderstorms possible with the front
about the SW and South Coastal districts. Isolated showers in the wake of the
front , tending scattered about the SW and South Coastal district, with isolated
thunderstorm this evening.
Southern Gascoyne, Goldfields and western Eucla: Isolated showers and
thunderstorms, contracting to the southeast Goldfields, western Eucla and
adjacent Interior by the evening. Showers tending scattered in the Goldfields
and Eucla for a period in the evening.
Forecast for Sunday
South west of  a Line Jurien Bay to Narrogin to Hopetoun: Isolated showers
contracting to coastal parts in the evening. Showers tending scattered with
isolated thunderstorms about the SW and South Coastal district for a period in
the morning.
Southeast Goldfields, western Eucla and adjacent Interior: Isolated showers and
thunderstorms, clearing during the morning.
