MELBOURNE - Oct 2/12 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Severe Weather Warning southwest of a line Mandurah to Albany for Tuesday
evening.
Gale Warning for coastal waters from Mandurah to Bremer Bay.
Strong Wind Warning for remaining coastal waters from Geraldton to the SA
Border.
Forecast for Tuesday   evening
Southwest of a line Geraldton to Bremer Bay: Isolated showers extending from the
southwest during the afternoon and evening and tending scattered in the evening.
Possible damaging winds southwest of a line Mandurah to Albany Tuesday evening,
with squalls possible along remaining western coastal parts.
Central Pilbara, eastern Gascoyne, western Goldfields, and eastern parts of the
SW Land DIvision: Isolated showers.
Far western Kimberley: Isolated showers and thunderstorms clearing during the
evening.
Forecast for Wednesday
Southwest of a line from Jurien Bay to Albany, extending to the western
Southeast Coastal district during the evening: Isolated showers. Showers tending
scattered south of Bunbury to Hopetoun for a period during the morning with
isolated coastal thunderstorms over the southern Southwest district. Possible
damaging winds southwest of Mandurah to Albany during the morning with squalls
possible along the remaining west coast early morning.
Remainder of the SW Land Division, southwest Gascoyne and southwest Goldfields:
Isolated showers clearing during the morning.
Southeast Pilbara, northeast Gascoyne, western Interior and the western Eucla:
