MELBOURNE - Sep 29/12 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
Weather Situation A cool airstream associated with a deep low to the south of Tasmania is moving through New South Wales. It will bring cool nights and fine weather to most areas over the next few days. As the low moves southeastwards and away from Australia a strong high pressure system will develop over eastern Australia, remaining in the region through until mid to late next week. As a result fine weather is expected to continue over most areas, apart from the coast where isolated showers are possible. Forecast for the rest of SundayIsolated early showers in the far southeast and the far north coast, mostly sunny elsewhere. Southwest to southeasterly winds.Monday 1 OctoberThe chance of showers on the north coast and in the far southeast. Partly cloudy elsewhere. South to southeasterly winds.Tuesday 2 OctoberIsolated showers on the far north coast and adjacent ranges. Partly cloudy elsewhere. Southwest to southeast winds tending light and variable in the west and southeast.Wednesday 3 OctoberFine.
