Australia -- South Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Sep 29/12 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A deep low pressure system south of Tasmania is moving eastwards. A high over southern Western Australia will become established over the Bight on Sunday and will move slowly eastwards during the following few days.
Forecast for the rest of SaturdayIsolated showers over the southern agricultural area, contracting to southern coasts and ranges early evening. Moderate to fresh southwesterly winds, easing in the evening.Sunday 30 SeptemberIsolated showers over the southern agricultural area, contracting to southern coasts in the evening. Early morning fog patches in the west and frost patches inland. Cool to mild in the south, warm in the north. Light to moderate southwest to southeasterly winds.Monday 1 OctoberEarly morning fog patches about the southern agricultural area. Isolated morning showers about southern coasts and ranges. Mild to warn with light to moderate southwest to southeast winds, tending easterly in the west.Tuesday 2 OctoberEarly morning fog patches in the southeast, otherwise fine and clear. Mild to warm with light to moderate east to northeast winds.Wednesday 3 OctoberFine and warm to hot. Cumulative rainfall totals from Saturday afternoon to midnight Wednesday are expected to be up to 2 mm.Thursday until SaturdayFine and warm to hot ahead of a milder southerly change extending from the west during Thursday. Isolated late showers southwest of Adelaide to Keith, extending over the remaining agricultural areas on Friday and into the southern pastorals on Saturday before contracting to the far southern coasts late Saturday.The next routine forecast will be issued at 5:30 am CST Sunday.Product IDS10033
