Australia -- New South Wales Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Sep 24/12 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A high will develop off the NSW coast on Tuesday in a wake of the recent trough and direct south to southeasterly winds across the state. A weak trough will affect southwestern NSW on Wednesday and Thursday, before a stronger cold front sweeps across the state on Friday and Saturday.
Forecast for the rest of TuesdayIsolated showers along the central and northern coasts and adjacent ranges, contracting to the far north during the afternoon. Fine elsewhere. Southeast to southwesterly winds, tending light and variable across most of the south.Wednesday 26 SeptemberIsolated showers on the far north coast, clearing. Isolated showers developing in the far southwest late in the day. Fine elsewhere. Southeast to northeasterly winds.Thursday 27 SeptemberCloud increasing with isolated showers and thunderstorms developing over the southern inland. Partly cloudy elsewhere. Northeast to northwesterly winds, strengthening in the south.Friday 28 SeptemberShowers and storms extending throughout the west and south, but remaining fine in the far northeast.
