MELBOURNE - Sep 17/12 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Forecast for Monday
SW Land Division: Isolated showers and thunderstorms developing over southern
and central parts of the Central West, far northern parts of the Central
Wheatbelt and coastal parts of the South Coastal districts during the day,
extending throughout during the evening. Showers tending scattered over the
Lower West, Central West, western parts of the Central Wheatbelt and the
adjacent Great Southern during the evening with possible squally thunderstorms
and moderate to heavy falls.
Far southern Gascoyne and the southern and central Goldfields: Isolated showers
and thunderstorms developing during the afternoon and evening.
Forecast for Tuesday
Eastern and central parts of the SW Land Division, southeast Gascoyne, southern
Goldfields, Eucla and the far southern Interior: Isolated showers and
thunderstorms easing from the west during the day and contracting to the south
coast and adjacent parts by evening. Showers tending scattered with isolated
squally thunderstorms over the eastern SW Land Division and southern Goldfields
for a period during the morning.
Remaining SW Land Division and the southwest Gascoyne: Isolated showers
contracting to coastal parts during the afternoon. Showers tending scattered
over the Southwest district for a period during the morning.
