Australia -- New South Wales Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Sep 8/12 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A strong high pressure system near the Bight moves slowly east extending a ridge over the state. Later on Sunday this high is expected to be centred over the western parts and become slow moving. Next cold front is expected to cross the state during Wednesday and Thursday as the high moves over the Tasman Sea.
Forecast for the rest of SundayMostly sunny. Early frost patches about the ranges. Southwest to southeasterly winds.Monday 10 SeptemberMostly sunny. Early frost areas in the southwestern inland and frost patches about the northern ranges. Light winds.Tuesday 11 SeptemberThe chance of showers about on the south coast. Mostly sunny elsewhere. Early frost patches about the ranges. Light winds.Wednesday 12 SeptemberThe chance of late showers in the far southwest. Partly cloudy elsewhere.
