Australia -- New South Wales Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Sep 1/12 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A cold front lies to the east of the Tasman Sea, with a weak low behind it. A trough associated with this low extends towards central parts of the New South Wales coast. A high pressure system is strengthening in western parts of the state and is expected to dominate the state's weather until Tuesday. On Wednesday a cold front is expected to enter the west of the state, with north to northwesterly winds strengthening again and showers redeveloping from the west.
Forecast for the rest of SaturdayMostly sunny. The chance of showers along central parts of the coastal fringe, mainly overnight. Southwest to southeast winds, gusty along the southern and central coast.Sunday 2 SeptemberWidespread morning frost inland. Isolated early showers along central parts of the coast. Sunny. Light winds.Monday 3 SeptemberWidespread early frost inland. Sunny. Light winds.Tuesday 4 SeptemberMostly sunny. Warm northwest to northeast winds, becoming fresh and gusty in the west.Wednesday 5 SeptemberIsolated showers extending from the southwest of the state to the southeast, and central parts of the inland and ranges.
