Weather Situation A high over the Bight is moving slowly eastwards and will be centred to the south of Kangaroo Island later Saturday and over the eastern states by Monday. A cold front will approach the western border later Monday. Forecast for the rest of FridayCold inland early with frost patches The chance of isolated light showers near southern coasts and in the Lower South East district. Fine over the remainder. A cool day with light to moderate southwest to southeasterly winds.Saturday 11 AugustCold inland early with frost patches. The chance of isolated light showers near southern coasts and in the Lower South East. Fine over the remainder. A cool to mild day with chiefly light south to southeasterly winds, tending easterly in the west.Sunday 12 AugustFine. Cold morning with frost patches. A cool to mild day with chiefly light southeast to northeasterly winds.Monday 13 AugustFine until isolated showers develop near western coasts in the evening, Early frost patches, except in the west. Mild to warm with light to moderate northerly winds, freshening near the coast, ahead of a cooler southwesterly change in the far west later. Cumulative rainfall totals from Friday morning until midnight Monday are expected to be up to around 1 mm near southern coasts and in the Lower South East.Tuesday until ThursdayIsolated showers over the agricultural area, contracting to southern coastal districts for Wednesday and Thursday.
