MELBOURNE - Jul 21/12 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
Weather Situation A high 1036 hPa over Eyre Peninsula will move slowly eastwards, to be over Victoria on Sunday and Monday. A trough and associated low pressure system are expected to develop over the western Bight on Tuesday then move east to be over Victoria early on Thursday. Forecast for the rest of SaturdayIsolated showers about southern coasts and ranges. Patches of sea fog over northern Gulf St Vincent and possible fog patches extending over adjacent coastal areas during the evening. Light and variable winds.Sunday 22 JulyFine, apart form isolated showers about southern coasts and ranges. Morning fog patches in the south and early frost patches in the north, then a cool to mild day. Light to moderate southeast to northeasterly winds.Monday 23 JulyFine. Partly cloudy in the south. Early fog patches in the south. A cool morning with early frost patches then a cool to mild day with light to moderate southeast to northeasterly winds.Tuesday 24 JulyIsolated showers developing in the far west during the afternoon and evening. Cool to mild with light to moderate northerly winds, freshening in the west during the day.Wednesday 25 JulyIsolated showers extending over the agricultural area and far south of the pastoral districts, tending scattered about the west coast and southern agricultural areas. Cool to mild with northwest to southwest winds.
