Australia -- South Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Jul 20/12 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A high 1034 hPa over Eyre Peninsula will move slowly eastwards, to be over Victoria on Sunday and Monday. A trough and associated low pressure system are expected to develop over the western Bight on Tuesday then move east during Wednesday and Thursday.
Forecast for the rest of SaturdayIsolated showers south of about Port Lincoln to Lameroo, contracting to southern coasts and ranges in the evening. Areas of morning fog in the south and morning frost patches in the north, then a cool to mild afternoon. Light and variable winds.Sunday 22 JulyFine, apart form isolated morning drizzle about southern coasts and ranges. Morning fog patches in the south and early frost patches in the north, then a cool to mild day. Light to moderate southeast to northeasterly winds.Monday 23 JulyFine. Partly cloudy in the south. Early fog patches in the south. A cool morning with early frost patches then a cool to mild day with light to moderate southeast to northeasterly winds.Tuesday 24 July
Morning frost. Isolated fog over the Lower South East. Isolated showers developing in the far west late on Tuesday. Cool to mild with light to moderate northerly winds, freshening in the west during the day.
Cumulative rainfall totals from Saturday morning until midnight Tuesday are expected to be less than 2 mm.
Wednesday until FridayIsolated showers extending over the agricultural area and far south of the pastoral districts on Wednesday, tending scattered about western and southern coasts. Isolated showers continuing over the agricultural area and southern parts of the pastoral districts on Thursday and Friday. Cool to mild with northwest to southwest winds.The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm CST Saturday.Product IDS10033
