Australia -- South Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Jul 3/12 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A high 1031 hPa over the Bight will move slowly east southeastwards and strengthen, to be centred over Victoria on Friday.
Forecast for the rest of TuesdayIsolated showers over the agricultural area and far south of the Northwest Pastoral, contracting to southeast of Adelaide during the evening. Cool to cold with mainly light to moderate southwest to southeast winds.Wednesday 4 JulyThe chance of isolated light showers southeast of about Port Lincoln to Whyalla to Renmark, contracting to the Lower South East coast in the evening. Areas of morning frost in the far north. Morning frost and fog patches elsewhere. Cold early then a cool day with light to moderate south to southeast winds.Thursday 5 JulyA cold morning with early frost and fog patches, tending to areas of frost on and east of the ranges. Fine otherwise. A cool day with light to moderate southeasterly winds, tending east to northeasterly in the west.Friday 6 JulyA cold morning with areas of frost. Early fog patches, mainly in the east. Fine otherwise. A cool to mild day with light to moderate southeast to northeasterly winds. Cumulative rainfall totals from Tuesday morning until midnight Friday are expected to be less than 1 mm over the agricultural area, possibly reaching 1 to 5 mm near southern coasts.Saturday 7 July
Cold with areas of morning frost, then a fine, cool to mild and mostly sunny day. Light to moderate northeast winds.
Cumulative rainfall totals from Tuesday afternoon until midnight Saturday are expected to be up to 2 mm.
Sunday until TuesdayCold early, then fine on Sunday. The chance of isolated showers about western and southern coasts and the far east on Monday, extending over most parts on Tuesday.The next routine forecast will be issued at 5:30 am CST Wednesday.Product IDS10033
