far northeast Gulf. Isolated showers along the coast and adjacent inland north
of about Gladstone. A cool to cold morning in the south with morning frosts over
the southeast and southern interior.

strengthening slightly. Strong winds are expected along the east coast north of
about St Lawrence, and also in the southeast Gulf and far northeast Gulf.
Isolated showers along the coast and adjacent inland north of about Fraser
Island, also developing about eastern inland parts during the afternoon. A cool
to cold morning in the south with morning frosts over the southeast and southern
interior.
Outlook for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
The high pressure system remains slow moving about southeastern Australia at
a similar strength. Expect dry SW to SE winds across most of the state once
again, tending fresh to strong S to SE along the east coast. Isolated showers
along the east coast and eastern inland areas north of Fraser Island on Tuesday,
spreading to the southeast coast on Wednesday and Thursday as winds turn more
SE'ly. Temperatures below average in most areas, especially at night, with
morning frosts continuing about the central, southern and southeast
interior.
