MELBOURNE - Jun 6/12 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Western Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Gale Warning for coastal waters from Mandurah to Cape Leeuwin.
Strong Wind Warning for coastal waters Cape Preston to Northwest Cape, from
Shark Bay to Mandurah and from Cape Leeuwin to Israelite Bay.
Forecast for Wednesday
Central and western Pilbara, Gascoyne and western SW Land Division, extending to
the remaining SW Land Division, Goldfields and western Interior during the
afternoon and evening:
Areas of patchy rain. Isolated thunderstorms with moderate falls possible over
the Gascoyne coast, extending along the Central West coast  and northern Lower
West coast in the evening. Moderate to heavy falls are possible for the central
and western Pilbara.
Eucla: Areas of coastal drizzle.
Forecast for Thursday
Central Pilbara and NW Interior: Areas of rain with moderate to heavy falls
possible near the Pilbara coast.
Western Gascoyne and western SW Land Division: Rain areas and isolated
thunderstorms with moderate falls possible. Moderate to heavy falls possible
over the Central West coast, Lower West coast and western Southwest district.
Remaining SW Land Division and the Goldfields: Rain areas with mainly light
falls anticipated.
